Phoenix Capital B.V. injects CAD 2.5M in Sovereign Gold Reserve Tokens (SGRT) into Vertiko Mobilité to accelerate the deployment of drone and air traffic management technologies
Montreal, September 8, 2025 – Phoenix Capital B.V., led by Alain Lemieux, announces a strategic investment of
CAD 2.5 million in Vertiko Mobilité, executed through 15,000 Sovereign Gold Reserve Tokens (SGRT), each with a
nominal value of USD 100, coupled with 7,500 Forest Carbon Reserve Credits (FCRT). This innovative transaction,
backed by tangible assets such as gold and carbon, marks a significant milestone in the integration of digital
monetary instruments into the financing of advanced aerial mobility.
Vertiko Mobilité accepted SGRT as an investment vehicle due to its stability, traceability, and gold backing, viewing
it as a credible and secure alternative to traditional financial instruments in support of its technological growth
